- Please download latest Intelligne NAS from http://install.thecus.com to search N2520/N2560/N4520/N4560, and also beware open your Windows firewall or antivirus firewall allow Intelligne NAS going out to search.
- If Intellignet NAS unable to discover NAS, please check the HDD activity LED is blinking or not. If not, please replug power cord to power NAS up and check again.
- Once reboot and unable to access NAS, please try on following FAQ and skip item 4 & 9:

OS7 - how log into Dropbox account
- Create NAS user account.
- Install & enable Dropbox app/module.
- Go to APP CENTER, Dropbox and Click “Allow user to user this module” as following picture.
- Log out NAS UI.
- Log on DROPBOX WEB site.
- Log in NAS UI via NAS “user” account.
- Go to APP CENTER and click “Enter App Page”

Please try following steps to re-flash the USB DOM back to N5810:
1. Please download the attached USB tool " X64_USB_UPGRADE.zip"
2. Please unzip the downloaded file. There should be a folder called " X64_USB_UPGRADE.zip".
There would be sub-folder "gofactory".
3. Please download firmware and MD5 file for firmware from the links below:
Firmware & MD5 file:

6. Power off NAS
7. Plug USB drive into NAS black USB2.0 port as possible.
8. Power on NAS
9. It will start re-flashing DOM process automatically.
10. Once the process is done, NAS will be powered off automatically.

Due network communication protocol limited, the link aggregation have advantage for multiple client trans data during heavy loading period, thus we can’t get perfromance advantage via single client.

Why WSS WSSE unable boot from HW RAID which create from BIOS?
Why WSS WSSE unable boot from HW RAID which create from BIOS?
According the user guide doesn't mention to HW or BIOS RAID, and the WSSE OS recovery made from Microsoft default as AHCI mode only, if you went to use RAID mode have to reinstall WSSE OS in RAID mode, but it is not embedded WSSE anymore and you have to purchase standard/retail Windows license to install, also if motherboard changed from difference chipset and old HW/BIOS made RAID couldn't recognized from new motherboard, we afraid it is not a way, thus recommend keep BIOS stay at AHCI mode for Windows RAID from disk manager or Storage spaces would be better.

How to reset OS7 to factory default
1. Please download OS7_Reset_Default_v0.1.zip & unzip.
2. Copy "gofactory" folder to an empty USB driver root folder.
3. Power NAS off.
4. Plug USB driver to NAS (USB2.0 black port is preferred).
5. Power NAS up.
6. NAS would power off automatically in 3~5 mins.
