2.用戶之WEB界面或主要與操作問題，可以透過TeamViewer連接，但它是對於頻寬非常敏感，用戶端並無法保障中間的網路頻寛，有可能發生屏幕延遲的狀態，因此對於對於RAID修復，工程師透過下指令TeamViewer將是危險的。請注意以下２點需知：

2-2。請防止電腦進入睡眠模式。
3. VPN連接，如果你的網站或路線有VPN服務器可用，如華碩的路由器即有此功能，也可以提供您的VPN連接信息我們登錄。

3. Plug DOS bootable USB driver into NAS USB2.0 black color port.
4. Power NAS up and system would boot from USB driver. (If not, please press F5 for BOOT MENU or F2 into BIOS configure page, choose boot from your USB driver.)
5. type "cd WCDV_05" enter & "update" for BIOS update.
6. Power NAS off and eject USB driver.

The W series Windows NAS (expect W8900 or above model) default as AD server role from Microsoft policy, and one of WSSE 2012 major feature about DASHBOARD as a setup wizard, thus DASHBOARD would asking your to create an AD server role, thus you need ignore DASHBOARD message, just join existed as normal PC (AD member) manually.

Because the small size file would spent more over head for file transmitting and make average speed going down, thus a 1GB file would faster than 100 files in 10MB each. Thus recommend via single huge file and able to see the performance. It is like the vehicle fuel usage, in the downtown average mileage lower the the highway.
