If there is XFS error on EVO model, please try to download and upgrade firmware to version 1.05.00.23 firstly:

After upgrading, NAS need reboot. This firmware version will run filesystem check process automatically when NAS power on.
If 1.05.00.23 still not fix for this issue, please provide the NAS configuration file to us for analysis.
It can be downloaded from system UI: [System Management / Config Mgmt] and then press [Download] button.
And the file will be [conf.bin].

下載韌體後，請透過 NAS 管理者介面去更新。
[系統管理 → 更新軟體]，將韌體檔案上傳並更新。
韌體更新之後系統會提示您需要重新開機，此韌體會加強檔案系統修復的功能。
請您更新完韌體並重開機後再次檢查陣列資料是否能正常存取。
系統重新啟動後會自動執行修復程序，請依照精靈指示往下一步動作。
最後，請登入 NAS 管理者介面，[儲存/RAID] 和 [儲存/Share Folder] 確認資料是否有出現。
若有，請儘快備份資料。在備份完資料後，請刪除舊的陣列，並重新建立新陣列，最後再放回資料。
