Why my Thecus ID is ready, but can't access NAS date from internet?
1. Please confirm your ROUTE have UPnP port management support and enable.

2. Please check NAS ADMIN WEB UI PAGE->LEFT UPPER CONER A GEAR BOX ICON -> CONTROL PANEL -> NETWORK SERVICE -> UPnP Port Management -> ENABLED.
